For security reasons, Eminence is no longer posting tickets to customers. Instead, using the PayPal receipt, or some form of identification, tickets can be collected on the concert day two hours before the concert.

For concession tickets to be valid, you must present your concession card when collecting your tickets. If you fail to produce your concession ID when collecting your ticket, you may be charged for a full concert ticket on the spot.

When you collect your tickets, you will need to show verification of purchase. Please bring either of these – you do not need to bring both.

Identification
Examples of suitable identification are: driver's licenses, Medicare cards, or bank cards. Eminence sorts the pre-purchased tickets by name, as it is much easier to match a name when picking up tickets than a receipt number.

Your receipt
If the tickets were not purchased in your name, please bring a printout of the email receipt from PayPal, showing the name and tickets purchased.

This concert is general reserve – there are no specifically allocated seats. This means that if you want to get the best seats, you will have to come early to the concert.

Please keep your ticket with you at all times. Your ticket will be checked when entering or leaving the concert venue. If you do not have a valid ticket, you will be refused entry.

Once purchased, this ticket may not be refunded or exchanged.

Eminence Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists or special guests, and/or vary advertised programs, prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notification.

Late arrival may result in non-admittance until suitable break in the performance.

No recording of the concert is permitted.
