Does it generally take a week to process the email? Because I chose the EFT payment method and I am guessing its going to take just as long after I get this email back and pay ... just dont want to miss out ><

i was just wondering..... how does da online booking of tickets work...like after u book it/fill in da form online n all... wat do we do on da day of da concert...will there b sumthin to print out like a e-ticket or sumthin....n will they like know that we have paid or sumthin....soz but i've kinda neva dun this b4
...ok i just totally ignored da line saying "Details on how to proceed will be emailed to you." oops
oh and how long does da concert go for?
cos theres one a 5 and one at 7:30....r they da same?

sorry, but I've filled out and sent in the order form nearly 4 days ago, and I still haven't received my email. I was wondering when I will get that email, and how to collect the tickets after it has been processed.

The theory is with any order online it will be recieved by our staff. You will get an email back with a code in it, to which you MUST bring on the night. You get given a ticket on the night PROVIDED you have your code. Oh, and anyone who is ordering concession or anime club tickets MUST bring said items to the concert. That means, bring your concession card and/or anime club card on the night.

Don't forget, student cards are the things we are looking for, not random things like a transport concession card. To get one of those you MUST already be a student, so surely you will have a student card.

Oh, and in response to Zan's question, no, we ask that no photographs be taken on the night from members of the public. We will have people on hand to do photos for us. It's distracting and a tad rude to the players.

Also, in regard to sniper_m4a1's comment about the two sessions, yes they are the same. There just happens to be two at your convinience.

Actually its just under 2 weeks since I ordered online, I ordered using the EFT method. Shouldnt I at least get an email with the payment details so I know which account to pay? Then will I be able to receive the email with the ticket number?

well i hope so.ive asked the guy at the booth yesterday and he said to check my mail again as they had processed a number of applications the night before but after checking my mail today, i still haven't received anything Crying or Very sad

Please buy your tickets at the National Theatre or on the concert day.

As for everyone else who has ordered previous to 5minutes ago. Your orders will be processed, no worries ^^;

Online orders have been mostly processed. For those of you that hard credit card/EFTPOS declining issues, you can buy the tickets on the night easy enough.

The EFTPOS ones are still being done, so still don't panic if you haven't gotten your reply yet. If on Saturday you find yourself still without an email, PROMPTLY email dbest@eminenceonline.com and he should be able to fix it up for you.

We apoligise for the delay in processing the online tickets for Melbourne, and we appreciate your patience.

While the online orders are now over, The National Theatre is still selling tickets and of course we'll be selling them at the door.
