Santa, one of my friend is in your photo!!! haha
and did u edit the photos? coz even if u used flash, it wouldn't have bright up so many areas

what did u guys think of the concert?
i like the second part the most, since the pieces played were "unexpected"
while in the first half, once u have seen the programme, u basically know what they are going to "sound like"
i guess what i'm saying is, i really enjoyed the element of surprise

Used a flash that was bounced off the ceiling (wasnt a direct in your face flash). Since there were lots of people, I didnt get many shots to change settings, I did some quick changes at home. Some brightness/contrast, curves, exposure, noise removal were done.

I liked the concert. I do have a couple of small gripes. Overall though, I really enjoyed the music.

was it really that crowded? didn't feel like it :p but then again probably got used to it, hey nice photo shoot of the hall how did you get it? and... what camera did you use? Smile looks very bright for a non-SLR camera (well at least for my camera)

Where does it say non-slr?
Its a Canon EOS 350D + 28-75mm f/2.8 Tamron lense.

I'm not able to check now, but it was either shot using a high ISO or was a longer exposure.

sorry my bad got the ideas mixed up, i meant with that picture you would need one of those cameras (like the one you used/have), since bigger lens means more light into the camera which generally means brighter picture without the need of flash

yeah, i guess it would be combination of both, sorry guys i'm not the expert, only learned all of these in 29 seconds from a friend of mine who owns a canon 10D, is it like the top of the range already? i heard the really really top 1 costs 15 grand or something (canon 1D or somethin)?

sorry for the long post
