We reckon, that the next anif drawing should look similar to THIS

I think it was just the two of us. |

Well...
I think it's good.
However, maybe it's a bit sexy around thighs and legs ? hahaha
The design is nice. She's sitting on a golden g-clef, isn't she ? |

Sorry, my phrase was so bad to tell
I did not mean there are any sexual meanings.
Anyway, the drawing is so beautiful, so it has good advantages
But may we use the design like that ?
Passion's poster was written Hiro-san and Aya-chan on it.
But I think don't have to make it to resemble. |

the mascot's got a distinct drawing from her crotch to her feet and showing alot of leg.
the leather strap around her left leg is very sexually appealling in nature as well as her leg positioning.
you can not deny that this picture is eminating this "sex appeal" ure talking about.
think carefully about the target audience though. |

That poster IS appealing, but it's not that kind of design an Eminence poster should have.
There's three issues with it:
1) underage-ish child wearing a short, revealing nightgown
2) leather straps implies BDSM
3) PANTY SHOT....
The character above implies submissiveness and sexual exploitation - something WE don't want to associate ourselves with.
Say goodbye to advertisments in schools =P
If there were to be some sort of full body shot of our beloved One Winged Angel, she should look more graceful and, pun intended, angelic, which is the idea.
The older-looking OWA for the ANIF07 was good, WITHOUT having to resort to exploitative marketing.
The main 'problem' with the ANIF07 poster though, was that, design-wise, it didn't convey much information to the viewer as to what kind of concert it was without having to physically stop and see what kind of concert it was.
The moogle/rabbit didn't really jog any people's memories.
If you look at the past ANIF posters, they had the OWA along with some other game/anime characters.
That's where the unofficial ANIF07 poster worked so much.
All ANIF poster need to have 3 things:
1) the One Winged Angel
2) something relating to music
3) something relating to anime/games
With the popularity of Death Note and other dark anime recently, Jacky and I talked briefly on a gothic/goth loli theme to the next ANIF poster, which would definitely appeal to lots of anime fans.
If handled correctly, maturely and NON-exploitatively (as in nothing like Misa's fashion sense) , it would definitely be a great asset to our marketing.
On the flip side, the design could be purely niche, and alienate or put people off, or give the wrong idea about our concert.
Another mature idea could be to dress up the OWA in armour, as like Sabre from Fate/Stay Night, or like that Kingdom Hearts II secret trailer of the Keyblade Wars.... |

Someone tall, dark and <insert random girly noises that is close or far worse for a mating call> AND can play a violin? That is asking for a more then a glomp. X3
Why not a chibi version of Hiro and Ayako. It wouldn't hurt much...I think.

Ooo, I like that, Blue Armour combined with almost everything blue, especially the blue eyes. The blond hair would also be eye-catching. |

To be frank, I dont know what you would propose that we should enlist the help of T2, it almost sounds like you dont think the work of our current artists are up to scratch.
There is always an option to seek out other artists, fine and whatnot. There's no problem in sticking with the same artist sure, there's no reason to change and try something else.
Besides if one of our regular artist is busy and cant commit to a job, then what? |

Yeah... stick with the one winged angel..... The one above is just way too generic and... she looks depressed at the fact she has to play violin. leather straps not only signify bdsm but also that she's bound to her violin in a negative sense. I don't think you want to imply that.
If you want to humbly request some local artist to produce something for the poster there's a forum - http://www.smash.org.au/forums/index.php - maybe if you make it a competition, "winner gets CASH PRIZE, a family pass to ANIF and gets their art put on a poster which will be shown all over sydney" etc... |
