I've just purchased two tickets to the Melbourne show via Ticketmaster. Everything seems to work fine, and I'll be flying down from Brisbane just for the concert! I can't wait!

Piano Stories IV brought tears to my eyes. In my opinion it was the best concert I"ve been to, even though due to a lack of advertising I don"t think numbers were all that good... Nice cheap tickets though Smile
It was my first Eminence concert and the emotions in the music were incredible. Of course, ANIF07 totally trumps it in terms of audience showing and participation, but you could just feel things so much more personally as if it was one on one. And Ayako was as brilliant as always, especially her crazy fun encore.

Siiiigh... thanks for that, Vonbon. That's the closest I'll ever get to experiencing that particular concert but my imagination from what you've said is some consolation. Piano Stories V isn't far fetched, right? Right?!?


Anyway, damn it, I'm a little late for my ticket booking. Still got my A reserve seat though. I'm kinda excited, my first A reserve seat! Seat selection kinda sucks though. I don't want a seat right in the front, but I would like it dead centre in the row. I'd have to check in now and then to get my ideal seat. Confused Heck I got my ideal seat from "Lady in the Water" but what good is that.

Also, is there a thread with guidelines on photography? I do know using the flash is a no-no.

Can't wait! I can finally add another concert to my sig. Laughing

The seating in BMW Edge is a little unique in that the rows aren't directly down the centre, but diagonally from left to right.. you'd have to see it. But you might have gotten a nice middle seat.

Photography:
It's a safe bet to expect that any Photography during the concert is a BIG No-no. Before/After the concert should be fine.

YAY im pretty sure im going to destiny reunion! and i'm also bringing a korean exchange student along too Very Happy she really likes this kinda stuff too Laughing lol mayb eminence can go to korea next :p but yeeeeh YES I GET TO GO Very Happy there better still be tickets in melb!!!!

Hey,

Wondering about the Sydney concert this weekend, any idea where I might be able to buy now that Kinokuniya tells me I can't buy it this week?

At the door? Or is it possible to purchase it at the venue before the day of the event? or online? The only issue I have about online is that the tickets might not reach me, seeing how late I'm actually making a booking.. So...

Not sure about online, but I think if you purchase online this late, they will hold the tickets for you to pickup on the night of the concert... Don't take my word on this though.


You will be able to purchase your tickets on the night as well...but only if it's not sold out! ^^

That's correct. With online purchases for the Sydney concert, from July 23 onwards all tickets will be held for pickup at the venue on the night.

Please bring suitable ID as they can only be picked up by the person in whose name the tickets were purchased.

One more thing.

Booking online.. A Reserve and B Reserve tickets.. apart from price difference, how else is it different? (I can only think of better seating for the A Reserve seats.. and what does it mean by Reserve? As in, that it isn't free seating?)

And concession tickets would apply to Senior Citizens too?

A reserve is just better seating than B reserve. Means you get a generally better view of the performance.

In Sydney, not sure, but I assume it's allocated seating, so you'll have your own designated seat for the entire concert.

General rule for Concession I think, is if you're able to get a concession ticket on train, then you're eligible. but that might only apple in Melbourne.

Get there at least Half an hour to an hour before the start of the concert. Try a little earlier if you can to avoid the rush. ^^

omg i still havn't got tickets! but hehe i have succesfully convinced 3 korean exchange students to come with me to destiny reunion Very Happy awesome lol

just to make sure i didn't get rippd off, were the tix for melb from ticketmaster, i bought at an outlet concession tix were 40 bux each for B reserve and 45 for adult, so is the booking fee 5 dollars for everybody else too?

One would imagine that the Ticketmaster outlet would be selling it at the prices Ticketmaster are selling online. If one was to check the Ticketmaster Website, they'd probably find similar prices.

So I don't think you were "ripped-off". Razz

Confused Yeaah, I can just make out the peculiar seating arrangement in the photos of the venue... Hope I'll be more than pleased with my seat for night. I already have my ticket on my desk waiting to be used in less than 2 week's time. Smile
