Considering the entertainment factor of movement... a violin solo is my preference ^^
You just can't get bored watching some violinists solo!!!!
All that head shaking and ect ect XD!!!!
Very entertaining!!! |

For me, I prefer piano. I love the sound of violin too but the player has to be already good at it! (has to be Hiro-san probably!! haha go Hiro! ).. u know i've heard some beginner students practising violin aiyoo... not a very good sound.. but still appreciate their efforts . Not an easy instrument to master >.< |

I learn piano and violin sooo I love piano and violin duet
You gotta appreciate violin beginners, it aint that easy to produce a decent sound. I personally think that violin is very hard, piano is easier to be appreciated by others :p. |

You can buy an electronic piano. Not quite the same but much better than a physical $100 piano. Failing that you could always try the free keyboard program that's found within your PC's soundcard I've got these "piano fingers" but I haven't attempted properly playing the piano with lessons (I tried to teach myself but discovered I wasn't a famous pianist in my previous life)
Trying to stay on topic I like a combination of violin+piano. If I had to choose one other another though I'd say piano thanks to the Final Fantasy Piano OSTs, very moving |

Probably have to try to save some money to buy an electronic piano, like Yamaha Clavinova.. or Roland. It's much cheaper than if u buy the acoustic piano, but my piano tuner said acoustic is better tho, he said the older a piano (acoustic) is, the better the sound. Mine has been about 16 yrs now.
anyway, I think electronic one should be fine. Never too late to learn, right guyss.. |

I'd prefer piano solo or duet one.
Have you heard Pain~piano version~ from Xenosaga1
at Passion?
It's amazingly beautiful! If not, you should listen!
I also like Two of Us...
Actually I like piano and violin both so I can't choose one^^
violin solo might not sound harmonically, so...mmnn...
But it's still beautiful.
I have an Roland electronic piano...which is new and a bit expensive...hahaha |

i reckon piano solos sound awesome, so do violin and viola and cello XD I CAN'T CHOOSE but violins, i think sounds awesome in a group, but yeh i really like the viola too cos its not too low pitched and not too high :p
so if i had to choose, strings playing together is the best! |

Violin solo. No competition in my mind.
Although cello solos are high up on my list. (Except that wasn't a choice...) |

I think I voted ages ago.
But hmmmmmmm if I had to choose.. . . . .. . . . .again.
Actually that's really hard. I'm not going to choose.
They all sound great T_T
Though I think my favourite at the moment are
violin or piano concertos ~~~~~ |
