My order #0115 has not been delivered and I've tried everything. I sent 2 emails to "merchandise@eminenceonline.com", one 2 weeks ago and another one a couple of days ago. I pay $17 for p&h which one would expect would be via express for 3 very light CDs, I live in WA yet despite them saying my order has been shipped, I still haven't received anything and no contact has been made despite my urgency into the matter
Honestly, what the hell is going on? Why is it taking so damn long? The shipment arrived in mid July, it was apparently sent around mid August yet I still have nothing to show for it except an emailed invoice and $110 taken out of my bank account
Please fix my problem asap! I'm getting tired of this lack of customer service  |

We are really sorry for this, however, from checking our activity records, this item was sent out at that time. We will chase up on Aus-post for this mishap and hopefully your package will be sent to you by the end of this week
