Hello~
I'm wondering how/where to get Eminence merchandise (if there's one) i.e. tshirt etc? as well as CDs for Eminence concerts? is it available online (cuz i'm overseas)?

You buy CDs from here. You cannot buy t-shirts/random misc items unless you attend a concert. Shipping internationally is available apparently (but I have no idea how much but I can tell you it costs an arm and a leg for mine and I live in Australia!)

but apparently I'm looking for the recent CDs of the concerts, like ANIF07, Passion of even the most recent one Destiny Reunion. Probably still in recording or something?

They're very slow to respond. Sometimes its instant, sometimes its weeks. I seem to get most of my emails from them on Sunday afternoons. I asked them last week where my order was because it's meant to be shipped already but to no aveil Sad

Oh god no. We're still waiting for ANIF06 & '05 technically. '06 might come out at the end of this year and '07 probably wouldn't show up until Q4 2008. Apparently these things take lots of time

Menace83 & /backslash: I apologise for the delay in replies from merchandise. You will most likely receive an email from merchandising either this week or next week. If you still haven't received a reply by then please email merchandise@eminenceonline.com with your enquiry! Smile

Also, we will not be producing an ANIF06 CD but do not give up hope, hopefully there will be one for ANIF07! Recording, mixing and producing a cd certainly does take a lot of time so please bear with us while we produce new cds! Very Happy

I'm so sorry to disappoint but there will be no ANIF07 recording since it has a lot of copyright issues.

I will try to do one next year but its so difficult...

Okay >.<.. so the next CD will be ANIF06? i'm positively okay with that! I only have the ANIF04 CD and Piano Stories so far.

Yes but you can't buy it anywhere unless you attend one of the concerts and pray. Therefore its almost unpurchasable

so... probably the only way is to go back to Sydney or Melbourne while Eminence does concert, pray and get the merchandises... 'n go back overseas errr... not really possible... Crying or Very sad

you'll probably be able to purchase it online from the merchandise section soon. Once they stock up and update the page, I guess it would be available then.

Actually, no, sorry to correct you chocohi, but I believe the ANIF05 DVD/CD set won't be available for general sales online even after the new website is completed. Which is a pity really.

No? Thats odd, don't see much reason for not doing so. Ah well guess you guys will have to line up for the next concert to make sure you get that DVD =D

Suppose the only way without the plane trips is if you contact the merch team directly. MAAAAAAAAAAYBE they can help you out. No guarantees though.

Or we could just start asking random eminence forum members to see if they're going to the concert and ask them to pick up a few copies for us Razz Not a bad idea actually. I'd pay anyone $40 incl p&h for a copy Very Happy (even if they do only cost $25 from the merch). So thats at least a $10 bonus for their trouble

You should email merchandise@eminenceonline.com and tell them your order number and ask whether its been shipped. They don't really send shipping confirminations, you have to pester them Razz

I'm still waiting on my order too. They told me over 2 weeks ago it was shipped but I still haven't received anything and I live in Australia! Sad Sent an email a couple of days ago but still haven't received a reply, not a happy camper atm

hmm i live overseas so i can't get a hold on the cds =[

like someone mentioned, if anyone is going to the concerts i'd be more than happy to pay 40 for the passion :X and hopefully since most people seem to get theirs signed get an autograph for me too T_T

Hello,

I am looking for some help.

I ordered the World of John Williams CD on the 2nd November 2007, and payment was confirmed as received by Eminence on the 15th November.

The CD not arrived as of the 8th January 2008, and numerous enquiries to merchandise@eminenceonline.com since late November have gone unanswered. I have noted that they can take some time to reply, but 2.5 months without a reply is getting ludicrous.

I asked Australia Post if they could track it down, but they require the Express Delivery code that is given to the sender.

Can someone help me find out the Express Delivery code, so I can pass it on to Australia Post and they can find the CD for me?
