To make random chats a little easier on the forums, i decided to make a channel

Rules:

1. If you arent a member, please leave now!
2. You MUST be a registered board member to enter here
4. Best Behaviours
4.5. If you log into either channels, please ensure you are log into both
Reason for having two channels is to filter out content, (i.e screen out random game spam) into the other channel.
Therefore if the two channels are merged, it SHOULD still be exactly the same
This is NOT to segregate members apart, we wouldn't like that, and this solution isnt implying that notion either
5. Forum Rules APPLY
Just because this is an unoffical IRC channel, does not give anyone the excuse of ANY misbehaviour of any sort.
5. This irc client is NOT to be used else where
6. No racial or any discriminatory or name callings or illegal explicit/implicit or very bad jokes should EVER be used
7. Please DONT ask about what do SIGNS on your nickname means. Giving them out does not mean you are special and they are not given in reflection to your status on the Forums.
8. Status are given to those who deserve and are most suited to the roles of it.

And hey, if you're a regular and responsible, you will in no doubt be considered for an upgrade in your status ^_- *wink wink*

If any of the rules are broken above, I will shut this down, or at the request by an Eminence Staff member

Since Eminence is starting to gain international interests. The channel is open to anyone in any country

What to do when you're online?
1 i.Register your nickname, similar to your forum nick
Type; /msg nickserv register
And follow the instructions
1 ii. //mode $me +R
please replace the YOUR_NICK to your desired nick to use
2. Next time you login, you can enter your password, it identifies you as the owner, and you can do two things
2 i. Force your nick to timeout, or get killed by services
2 ii. Allows you to use your nick

3. Never give your password out to anyone in the channel
3 i. If you really are having problems, recovering your nick, PM me through this forum. Not Mirc

Note:
If you can connect to any of the channels, recheck the info here. It wouldve been updated.

if its acceptable or if you do give up on using mirc itself, i could do a java version, all you have to do is just click, and you're instantly there in the channel =P

but they dont give me the option of typing in the key. someone help me PLEASE

hey everyone, just updated the details in the FIRST posting of this thread, just click on the java link and you're set

agree to the certificate for it to have persmission to load the applet onto your computer

and enter in the your nick and password into the channel

Actually, I believe CCJc should get more applause. My flash thing was done using a flash program and no code was involved, where as CCJc's java is much more flexible. I wish I knew how to program stuff = everytime i see coded stuff, I'm amazed.
