Initially I held off getting reserved seatings because the site said it was an extra $10 and you werent doing internet bookings at the time.
And today I went to the site and all of a sudden Internet bookings are available, and not only that.... there was FREE RESERVE SEATING FOR BOOKING BEFORE 9th OCT!?!
I was fsking ready to buy tickets like end of Sept?!?
Whats with the website updating?! ffs!
Why roll-out the webpage when u werent even ready @_@
Ugh! VERY ANNOYED!! |

I thought I'd better post in case you're wondering. I can't answer for Eminence, not only am I in Melbourne but I'm not working on A Night in Fantasia. I just thought I'd tell you I've contacted someone to respond, so you're not being ignored!

I apologise as this was in the period when the website was being updated. Kinokuniya was already doing free seat reservations until the 9th also so there was more than one way to get the free reservation. Online bookings also had free seat reservations however the site did get updated before the 9th oct so there was at least a week where all sales info on the booking form was correct.
i can't do anything to help as of now since it is now the presale period. sorry!
