No, Melbourne tickets are able to be purchased through The National Theatre, or if you're in an anime club, request to the committee that your club sells the tickets on behalf of Eminence. Clubs have been contacted regarding the concert and last year Destiny saw LUNASY and WWWA selling tickets. Let's see more clubs help out!

I think it all makes sense now... since the website has been updated and Kinokuniya has 'dedicated' a page to PS3 tickets...

What I'm getting: I'm hoping to sit in the 'B Reserve' area.

From what I gather, C Reserve is only available at the door and is only $19.95.

However, considering there are only about 30-40 seats in the 'C Reserve' , if you don't get a C Reserve ticket at the door, you'd have to buy either a B or A Reserve. Which, is $5 MORE expensive, on top of the prices at Kinokuniya. So, that's the gamble?

So unless you come at like 3 or so, really early, you won't get a ticket that's below $20.

Correct me if any of the above is wrong.

why have reserve a,b,c....if there are 200 seats, then sell 200 tickets, if people buy a ticket and dont turn up, thats their problem. Dont tell me in previous concert people bought a tikcet and dont have a seat Shocked

I am not too sure what you are saying J-Hisaishi..

However, our mistake as we did not mention.

Reserve C will only be on sale until Reserve A and B are sold out.

There are reserves because like many other concerts, what we think are better seats will be a bit more pricey than the usual seating. Smile

i dont think a personal opinion really matters when it comes to rating seats...after theyve been named A, B and C

its a bit obvious that C are the crappier seats lol

And in case you haven't noticed already, 'A' Reserve tickets in both Sydney concerts are now all SOLD OUT.

So, get in quick if you want to see and enjoy the concert! Very Happy

If you don't, then it may not matter which seat you are in if you aren't able to attend the concert at all... Wink

A grade tickets are the most expensive tickets you can get. Unfortunately, A grade tickets to both sessions for the Sydney concert have been sold out.
You can still purchase B tickets, available at Kinokuniya online or in person (top level, Galleries Victoria, opposity the QVB on George Street in the city).

OK, so let me get this right,

the ticket for melbourne concert can be bought from National Theatre on the day of the event or alternatively, from the anime club like WWWA. Is that right ?

Tickets ARE selling now actually, so you should head down to the National Theatre and ensure you have a good seat NOW.

Judging from the Sydney ticket sales, you don't want to miss out Smile

By the way, yes, you can buy the tickets at the door, but they will be $10 more expensive. If all of A reserve and B reserve tickets are sold out then you will also only have C reserve tickets to choose from.

Hi, I just want to confirm that the sessions at 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM are different right? I mean, the songs they're going to play for each of the sessions are different? Question

I was thinking if I should get a ticket for 4:00 PM since I got one already for 7:30 PM... Nobody wants to miss out on the good songs Wink

Nope, same songs. Same performance, just a different time.

I got my tickets today! Smile The site still says tickets aren't available in melb, but folks, grab em while they're hot! Very Happy

Yup. Tickets for Melbourne are definitely available and selling very well.

There is no difference between the 4:00PM session and the 7:30PM session, the event program for both are identical. Two sessions are being presented to provide you with the choice of which time suits you better Very Happy

Yes the website is being updated. Sorry about that.

Sorry, just let me get this straight for the Melbourne tickets. I will have to pay the additional $5 on top of the ticket price since I can't order from anywhere else except for the National Theatre? Is this correct?

I booked my tickets over the phone through National Theatre, and I wasn't charged an extra $5...

However, the National Theatre have charged me $29.95 for my Concession A Reserve tickets. On this site, it says $24.95 for Concession A Reserve. Can I please get some clarification? I rang the National Theatre and they said they'd contact Eminence about it...

Are prices different for Melbourne? Shocked

Firstly, our apologies for the website not yet being updated with the specifics for Melbourne. It probably would have clarified some of the things being asked here. We'll try and get that sorted out asap.

As for the ticketing in Melb, yes the tickets themselves are the same price as those being sold in Sydney. It's the booking fee that is different between Sydney and Melbourne, not the ticket price. For those in Melb, they are currently only being sold through the National Theatre, and there is a $5 booking fee on top of the ticket price.

So, if you purchased a Concession A Reserve, the total cost to you is $24.95 + $5.00 = $29.95. Similarly, for a Concession B Reserve ticket, the total cost is $19.95 + $5.00 = $24.95.

Hope that clears it up a little!

Hmm... so the $5.00 booking fee applies per ticket, rather than per booking as I initially thought...

Not that I'm deterred at all. Wink

In that case, yes, I was charged that $5.00 Razz

Edit: Things are much clearer now. Smile Thnx mad1dude!!

Anime clubs have not recieved their tickets yet. If you're in a club find out whether the club has actually submitted their request to us. Some clubs are yet to email back, so we're having difficulty getting the tickets out.

Anime clubs that sell tickets will be selling them at normal prices with NO BOOKING FEE. That said, some clubs have pointed out how annoying it is to charge figures like $19.95 and are opting to round the figure off at $20 and so on. So if you're in an anime club, I suggest you purchase your tickets from the committee.

Just to recap, no tickets have been given to clubs yet, and some clubs haven't replied. Ask a committee member for details, and if they have no idea what you're talking about, get them to contact us!

This is correct. I am currently in talks with clubs. Most clubs have expressed interest in selling tickets for us. However, some clubs have expressed a lack of desire to handle 5 cent pieces. This may mean that tickets will be more expensive, by 5 cents. So not a lot.

Send your request to me. I will notify you whether your club is willing or able to sell tickets.
