And just to clarify a few details regarding tickets in Melbourne....
In case there has been any confusion, the tickets being sold in Melbourne are the same price as those being sold in Sydney. It's the booking fee that is different between Sydney and Melbourne, not the ticket price. For those in Melbourne, tickets are currently only being sold through the National Theatre, with a $5 booking fee on top of the ticket price.
So, for example, if you purchased a Concession A Reserve, the total cost per ticket is $24.95 + $5.00 = $29.95. Similarly, for a Concession B Reserve ticket, the total cost per ticket is $19.95 + $5.00 = $24.95.
Hope that clears it up a little!
Finally, we apologise for the website not yet being updated with the specifics for Melbourne. It probably would have clarified some of the things being covered here. We'll try and get that sorted out asap. |

Also, it should be noted that there is no C reserve for Melbourne. The National goes by 'Premium' and 'A reserve' which essentially is A reserve and B reserve respectively.
To avoid confusion, the premium seats are $24.95 concession and $29.95 adult. The A reserve are $19.95 concession and $24.95 adult. Note as mentioned above that the National charges a booking fee of $5 per ticket. These prices are for presale.
The National Theatre seating plan
Rows A-H are premium, and rows J-W are A reserve. Premium seats are closer and are far more comfortable, and were certainly more popular last year at Destiny. _________________

Piano Stories III (Sydney) - SOLD OUT!!
This has proved to be a runaway success thus far, having completely sold out of both the Sydney 7:30pm (night) & 4:00pm (twilight) session tickets. It should be noted that there will still be a limited number of At-the-door ticket sales for both sessions (B and C Reserve only). Great thanks goes out to all Eminence fans for making the night a success before it has even begun. Hope to see you all there! |
