...what genres do you enjoy?

Come, reveal your amazingly diverse tastes to me!

QWERTYUIOPASDFGHJKLZXCVBN says: emo, indie, acoustic, some progressive rock, metal and hard rock, and trance music. Classical music is quite good, I must say. Quite.

QWERTYUIOPASDFGHJKLZXCVBN also says: my username was too long to allow a final "M" to fit.

QWERTYUIOPASDFGHJKLZXCVBN adds: dang.

Hmm... I prefer playing Classical and a bit of Rock... But I'd rather listen to more Alternative Rock, Trance/Techno, anything with a nice beat and the lyrics not too stupid.

miscellaneous Laughing

pretty much jpop/jpop/jclassical

not so much of kpop/cpop for some reason

I'd usually stay away from trance, as close as i got to was listening to initial D. No idea whats that classified as, But its something id only listen to if i wanted to stay up throughout the night

A better substitute than coffee Wink

Me too! My brother thought that turning my stereo on with one of my trance cds pounding would wake me up and i slept through it all. But i usually prefer trance as study music haha for somer eason it makes me think faster, especially when doing math questions and such.

But me, well i like pretty much anything except country music and heavy metal. So...jpop, jpop, some cpop, alternative, soft rock, trance, house, and a lot of oldies influenced by my parents and of course songs from musicals. ^_^

hhmm as genre, i used to listen to those musics from the US, such as britney spears (yeah... what was i thinkin? Razz) but since 5 years ago, just kept listening to j-pop (whatever the m-flo songs' genre is) and now shifted again towards joe hisaishi ones, i think it's more piano instrumental i think?

sleep while listening to trance? why not? some of them are plain boring with the repetitive tunes. As for music while doing uni assignments? as long as it's nice and the volume turned down, i perform better haha Smile
