I'm really confused!
I asked for A-Reserve tickets for Melbourne, thinking that they were the best (I swear thats what it previously said on the website). I bought 3 Consession tickets and was charged $94.80. Thats doesn't work out. So now I think I was over charged for the worse seats.
But, it has seat numbers on my tickets inbetween rows A - H. Hrrrrm.
Are there designated seats or not. I'm so confused.
Plus, If the choice for Melbourne is Premium and A-Reserve - the website really needs changing because it indicates that A-reserve are better seats when they aren't.
Is there a listing of what will be performed? I have looked around the forum and cannot find anything. |

Anime clubs have not recieved their tickets yet. If you're in a club find out whether the club has actually submitted their request to us. Some clubs are yet to email back, so we're having difficulty getting the tickets out.
|
This is correct. I am currently in talks with clubs. Most clubs have expressed interest in selling tickets for us. However, some clubs have expressed a lack of desire to handle 5 cent pieces. This may mean that tickets will be more expensive, by 5 cents. So not a lot.
Send your request to me. I will notify you whether your club is willing or able to sell tickets.

Well, i was told that the tickets are now being sent to WWWA club. they are waiting for the tickets to arrive now. |

Sounds like 3 Premium Reserve @ $29.95 (x3) each + $5 (x1)= $94.85 ... but that's wrong no matter what. You should call them up and ask.
Well originally it was A reserve and B reserve, but they recently changed the website to make A reserve = Premium reserve and B reserve = A reserve. Kinda confusing I admit ... |

The website has since been updated. I am very sorry for any confusion. I fully understand that it's a problem, I actually tried to fix it before anyone had issues, but alas I wasn't quick enough.
Let me again make this very clear:
The National Theatre adds a $5 fee onto every ticket, regardless of how many you purchase at once.
The prices are included on the webpage, so for example:
A premium seat for a concession would normally be $24.95 right? If purchased at the National it should be $29.95 PER TICKET.
So 3 premium concession tickets WITH THE $5 FEE would be $89.85.
Melbourne's tickets have ALWAYS been premium and A reserve, the website was incorrect for Melbourne previous to now.
And no, there is no programme information, you'll find out on the night what's going to be played!
Oh, and to fully clarrify Charly's issue:
3 concession premium tickets purchased at the National would cost you $89.95. I'm pretty sure the $4.85 was due to your purchase with a credit card. I have checked the records, and it seems that your purchase was made with credit. I'm pretty sure the National charges a $4.85 fee for credit card transactions, but I shall email the theatre manager and get back to you tomorrow when I have a response. _________________

Will it like last time at Sydney, where they had, photocopied black and white, once folded, programmes? _________________ Concinnity

That's what I have been told yes, but I can't tell you for sure. Especially in Sydney, but I would say so. _________________

Hi there,
I was wondering if there is any way of getting anymore A tickets for the Sydney show. Is Kinokuniya the only one selling them? The website says that there are no more A tickets.
Thanks |

I'm going to the Melbourne performance and am wanting to know a little about the logistics.
What time do doors open?
What will be on sale? When will it be on sale, before or after the performance? Will there be lots of stuff or will it be a fight to buy before things sell out? Do we need to get to the National Theatre really early?
What time will the 7pm performacne be finishing?

The doors should be opened 30 mins prior to the concert. Tobe honest, I don't know if you should get in early or not.
Depending on the CD Printing Facility, the CD Journey on a Piano may be available in Melbourne. Perhaps not. It will be in time for Sydney though.
The concert is around 80 mins with interval. _________________

The doors will open in Melbourne approximately one hour prior to the starting time of the first concert. So at around 3pm on Saturday, the doors will open. The doors to the actual concert hall will open approximately 20 minutes prior to the start of the concert.
So tickets can be purchased on Saturday from around 3pm, and you can actually get to your seat from around 3:40pm (or around 6:40 for the second concert).
If you already have a ticket there's no real need to come an hour early unless you plan to socialise.
If the concert is the same as last time (it should be in this sense) then the doors will not actually close between sessions. _________________

It's the pre recording of PSIII
except it's called Journey on a Piano instead
and good news!
The CD will be on sale at the concert tomorrow with a discount of $5.

I missed out on getting tickets, went to get them today but sold out:(
So could you tell me at what time the at-the-door tickets go on sale?
And where can I buy them from? (assuming it's at the door, or around there somewhere.) |

You can buy said tickets on Saturday from when doors open (should be around 3pm) at the event. I'd suggest getting there early since the rest of the tickets sold out. I'd hate to get there and find out there wasn't any left. By early I don't mean REALLY early. But it's up to you of course.

Very limited amount left. Suggest you wait at the door otherwise you might be dissapointed. _________________ Eminence Staff Since 2004

Is there anyway to skip the Kinokuniya middle-man booking fee and buy directly from you dudes/dudettes.
Also, will the upper galleries be open and which category of seating do they fall under? |

Avoiding the middle man might be a little complicated, you'd end up with a handful of tickets not being sold out enough
Upper galleries, usually, are the most expensive tickets in the house, so they'll be categorised as Grade A tickets
When it comes to B's and C's things get a little tricky
There hasnt been a seating plan shown yet, other than a paint version of it
not sure if that univerisally applys for the town hall venue |
