Yeah I reckon we should have a BBQ to socialise, get to know each other , promote the eminence name and just have fun.

Given a enough time, and a stable contribution it can be pulled off.

there are heaps of things eminence could do to socialise, but i can say the time isnt really right for it =) alot of people are nearing the end of their holidays and will be heading back to their normal life

most of our crew are hsc-ers.....

but, a bbq is a good idea..

so is - teppenyaki ( must do one day ^___^V )
- studio ghilbi marathon
- picnic on a pretty hill
- there are so many right now, i cant even name 1

HSC-ers can come after exams are done, which is November right? Smile

But come to think of it, if I eat right before my school social, how will I fit into my dress? =( Initially I was meant to starve a week leading up to the event.

Oh....well.... eminence totally ruins my plans XD But again, yay for BBQ!

im new to eminence but i would really like to socialise with u all and get to meet u .....a BBQ sounds really good to meet everyone.....even tho i am also doing my HSC but it should b ok...i also end on the 10th...chem being the last exam.....n i think its a great idea

STUVAC is from Monday 30 October to Friday 3 November

and the exam period is from Monday 6 November to Saturday 18 November

The date should be set at the end of November after HSC and Uni exams and it'll be before the concert as well so we'll get to know eachother and remember faces Wink

if it was a BBQ...where would it be? and what time? during the day? starts at the morning or afternoon or evening? but then again its only july xD so a long time before any real planning starts. =) i cant wait to meet everyone ^__^

I'd like to hold it somewhere with a nice view and easy to access via public transport.

Previously I've organised BBQ's at Coogee beach and Bicentennial park.

Both are fairly difficult to reach by public transport, although Coogee was a littler better because it had buses.

How do people feel about the location of Pyrmont park (near StarCity)?
