Final Fantasy Tactics is composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto who also scored Final Fantasy XII. With Hitoshi Sakimoto, you can expect that his 100% orchestral |

I completely agree with you guys.
It's so beautiful, isn't?
Actually FFT was composed by two persons...
I forgot the name of the another man...
I also recommend the game itself! =D |

Final Fantasy Tactics is composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto and his best friend, Masaharu Iwata. Their composition styles are a bit similar but Hitoshi is more hardcore. =p By the way, Masaharu Iwata is also from Basiscape , a music company formed by Hitoshi Sakimoto. |

| I have the soundtrack long time ago. LOL. I'm currently playing a new RPG by Atlus called "Odin Sphere". Music is composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto and it's great. |

| yup. Odin Sphere is a ps2 game. I love the game. Even though it's just 2D but the storyline is good and music is excellent ! Love the main theme which has the fairy tale feeling. ^^ |

It's Atlus, not Square-Enix. >.> Besides, not all Square-Enix games are good nowadays. It's getting awful >.< Try tales series, they're awesome. I've got myself a copy of Tales of The Abyss. Havent played it though. Will do afer i've finished Odin Sphere. What do u guys think of Hitoshi Sakimoto anyway ? I'm starting to like his music. My preference is slowly moving towards Hitoshi Sakimoto and away from Nobuo Uematsu. |

| Stella Deus is a good game too, I prefer Stella deus than tales of abbys. Odin's Sphere's main theme was played by Hiro at the Night in Fantasia 2007, that made me feel very interested with the game. I have never heard a new song by Nobuo Uematsu anymore, is he going to stop composing till like the rest of his life? Hitoshi Sakimoto is as good as Nobuo although some of his songs in FFXII are like copying Nobuo's songs, but the songs he made in FFT are SUPERB! |

Well, one thing about Hitoshi Sakimoto's music. The progression and melodies of certain music pieces he composed for different games are a bit the same. Try comparing Odin Sphere's Boss Battle Theme with Upheaval (Imperial Version) of Final Fantasy XII OST Disc 2. Sounds quite similar. Btw, Nobuo Uematsu is still composing for games but for Mistwalker company ( I called it a new Squaresoft company since most of the staffs are from the old Squaresoft). He composes for Xbox 360 game titles such as Blue Dragon (already released) & Lost Oddysey (will be release on Q4 2007) which are developed by Mistwalker. |
