|

Firstly, hi, I'm Fado. I loves games, especially Nintendo and the like.
And I need some help.
I got an email after I booked my ticket to ANIF, with one particular phrase I didn't quite understand:
"For now, your tickets have been reserved. We will send you an email to confirm your payment and information on how to book seats and how to collect your tickets at the concert once your payment is confirmed."
Yeah, didn't quite get that, and I haven't received any other correspondence. If anyone could clarify that for me, it'd be much appreciated.
Yeah, so in a nutshell, my problem is that I don't know if my mum's credit card has been charged, I don't know how to reserve my seats and I don't quite know how to actually to confirm my payment. In conclusion, I don't know.
Help? _________________ www.aussie-nintendo.com |

Hey
Ok here’s what it means.
Your tickets have been reserved, but your payment needs to be processed for you to get the tickets. So in other words, we’ve got your tickets, but need to be paid to give them to you.
The other line says that all information on booking seats and how to collect tickets will be in another email once we get your payment processed. This is so that we can confirm that you have actually paid already to book a seat. _________________ Anime is not just an Artform waiting to be released.... it's an alternate way of life!

Ok, I'll send the email, but how do I actually pay? I gave the credit card details online, but do I have to do anything else? _________________ www.aussie-nintendo.com |

Nope. Just wait for the confirmation email which should take up to 3 or 4 days. _________________ Anime is not just an Artform waiting to be released.... it's an alternate way of life!
