oohh gosshh the trains is something i dun wanna get on again if it's not first class, even then i won't go if it's not a special occasion coz i had a very bad experience with the trains, especially with a black out inside it that switches off the Air conditioning and it was hot and humid and stinky inside the train for the whole journey oh yuck. Even sleeping on the floors will guarantee you getting a warning from the conductor aarrggghh _________________ I dunno better things to write for my signature so here it goes! |

Certainly worth travelling to
|
Myself and a friend travelled from Perth for the concert, and it was totally worth it. Even if I'm now broke because of the very nearby Books Kinokuniya ($850 in three days.. Cursed manga and anime artbooks).
Our seats in row E turned out to be the front row, so that was quite an experience (and my seat came with a good view of Miss Ishikawa... I hope I didn't freak her out by looking at her so much!).
Overall, a fantastic experience. Maybe it was just me, or maybe because of my seat, but I could still hear the violins and such during the MGS2 theme. They were slightly overpowered by the drums, but not to the extent everyone else seems to be saying. |

Wow, Perth!! That's very cool. See this is the affect Eminence is having on Australia...
Also, a question: if ANIF'06 were to have special guests, would all guests be attending both Sydney and Melbourne performances? Just wondering, as the performances themselves are several days apart, and some guests may be travelling from a long distance away... |

I cant remember how bad the drums were, they never came to my mind, only when they went all-solo, but when the played apart with the rest of the musicians, they were great. Just like the original orchestra pieces in the OST

Compromise...=/

hey! i was born in perth. I moved here and just waited till they had ANIF.
XD nah jkz
but i did live in perth till i was 4-5, moved to sydney then. Definately worth the money =].
I got the F row seats out near the sides (28-something)
i saw mr seraph quite clearly with his sunnies. you are quite a funny fella! I found it hilarious when Mr Philip Chu pulled you off stage in the end.
Thanks for the extra pieces once again!(as well as the whole concert) |

It was called Dance of Curse I believe, not Vision of Escaflowne. Maybe that's another name or something? I have no idea.
And hey, Chocohi, you probably were right behind me. I was in E24.
Anyone know what happened to rows A-D? I thought E would be the fifth row but I was right at the front. |
