Anybody else seen this?
So the story is a very unrealistic with the whole ultimate weapon thing, and then towards the end, people start dieing left right and centre; but wow, this anime probably takes the cake for the saddest death scene I have seen in an anime...
The scene with Akemi dying in Shuuji's arms..
The two OVA episodes are a nice telling of the storyline from another perspective.
Apparently, theres also a live-action movie that just came out as well |

Maybe I better dig it up out of my collection...things sound better when someone that's familiar with it talks about it. _________________

Saikano wins in the new gen war drama genre. Unrealistic as it is, its a sci-fi thing, and anything is possible. _________________ God's In His Heaven. All's Right With The World.
