Yep, a likely problem could be that you're missing the codec needed to view the file (Windows Media Video V9), or else the file got corrupted during the download. |

Well....do Macs come with the WMV codec by default? Methinks not....so it's also possible that it didn't work cos Athira has a Mac.
Oh...wait, doesn't Fan of Jacky have a Mac (laptop) also? Don't hear him saying that it didn't work for him.

But Jacky Fan is A/V king, I doubt he'd have simple codec problems.

I have both PC and Mac...both don't like the file, for some reason...
I also already have DivX codec installed. |

BOTH machines don't like the file?? In that case the prob is likely to be with the file. Rename or delete the file, and re-download it. Double check it's file lengths are:
ghibliteaserlow 3,382,688 bytes
ghibliteaserwmv 8,250,388 bytes
By the way, on the PC you should have at least Windows Media Player 9 installed. |

The file won't play in Winamp either... just to let you know.
But it works fine in WMP.

If you can play a .avi file in WMP and not Winamp, your codecs are well, broken. That and the fact that I hate Winamp, but anyway.

Sounds pretty much to be "Legend of Ashitaka" from Princess Mononoke. Eminence performed it at A Night in Fantasia 2004.
