Apologies to Melbourne...

To all Melbourne patrons of the 3pm session, we apologise for the delay in starting our concert. I know most of you were queing out in the rain for a very long time, and grew rather impatient as most people would. Our orchestra's rehersal was running late and it was decided that we would keep going in order to ensure we would perform as well as we could. We also did not anticipate such huge numbers of door sales on the day, and were overwhelmed with the response.

So on behalf of Eminence I'd like to apologise for this delay and hope once inside and seated you were able to enjoy our performance despite the initial delay. We thank you for your patience and understand that this was a large problem.

I am about to start going over the audience surveys and would like to say that we take them seriously, and will attempt to address any major concerns.

We hope that all who attended our Melbourne concerts on Sunday will come to our future performances, and we will certainly work on our mistakes to ensure future concerts run smoothly. Thank you all for attending, we'll see you next time!
