3rd, being the day after the meeting, i think hiro wanted to reserve a day afterwards for debrief of things

which is why im letting mr seraph suggest the date 
but any later than 9th dec is gonna be christmas time. and thats way too late.
I'd still prefer end of nov if possible... |

Yea im not sure what meeting he mentioned
if he meant the meeting thats coming up in august
extremely little chance, people have their assessments, I have no idea if there's going to be any intention at all to exclude them.
