i read in the paper about some dude who said that anyone who ever thought about buying YouTube would be crazy, purely because of the lawsuits they would face for hosting copyright material.....
i guess google were that crazy o__o

They can always say that it was the user's fault and not theirs right? As long as they have a terms of service/rules up they can defend anything as it was the user that broke their rules.
So Google finally admits Google video fails against youtube. |

utube is suing youtube for getting 'excessive hits on their website when people search for youtube instead.
causing them to shut down their website or when their customers can't get onto their website.
hah hilarious.
