A Night in Fantasia 05 - ticketing

Just a few ticketing queries.
First of all, does seat reservation mean we get to reserve any seat want inside the hall? If so, I take it this is like an optional extra thing.

Secondly, can we purchase tickets through the Eminence staff or only through Kinokuniya?

help! Kinokuniya (last sat 17-9-05) told me they are not selling the tickets yet nor booking and a guy told me to go and check the site for the ticketing phone number but i can't find any. Anyone in the marketing department?

btw i left my number with the guys straight after destiny concert in sydney, told me they'll contact me in 2 weeks time, haven't got any contact yet.

what can i do? i don't want to miss the 2nd oct deadline for free seat reservation! btw getting tickets for at least 2 persons here
