When ordering products from Eminence, we follow the procedures and conditions as outlined below.

Also, since there is a time difference between Japan and Australia, please understand we may not be able to answer swiftly and replies may be much later than you expect.
Step 1: After ordering (Credit Card only) we will reply via email with a automatic reply system to the specified email address confirming your order. Please carefully check the details of your order and make sure your postal address is correct. If you do not receive a reply after over a hour, there is a chance that you have entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact us via the Enquiries Form.
Step 2: We will let you know via email if we do not have any stock.
*Currently, we do not have a confirmed arrival time for our products. We apologise and ask for your understanding.
Step 3: The estimated time for delivery is around 10 days as there are customs that needs to be cleared through international delivery, we ask for your understanding. Also, if there is no stock and in process of reprinting, there is a chance it may take up to 2~3 weeks. In accordance to your order data, we will ship your purchase via standard Air Mail. CDs will be shipped in bulks. Up to 2 CDs may be included in a bulk. For customers wishing to purchase over 2 CDs, we will send your product in multiple bulks. Due to customs, we will send you bulks in 3 days periods.
Example: First batch – Arrive Day 1, Second batch – Arrive Day 4, Third batch – Arrive Day 7. If you are purchasing 2 or more CDs at once, we will discount delivery fees by half.
In terms of delivery delays, We are doing all that we can, but if there are delays which may be out of our control, we will contact you by email.
Step 4: We will send you a delivery notification.
A delivery notification will be sent via email once your product is dispatched. If you do not receive an out of stock notification and receive a positive delivery notification, but do not receive your product within a month, please contact us by our Enquiries Form.
If you are not present at the time of your delivery
Normally, we use International Air Mail so your signature is required as a receipt of the product.
If you are not present when your goods are delivered, the Postal Service will leave you a notice in which you are required to respond to. Your parcel will be kept at your local Post Office for the period stated on the notice.
Please be careful that you respond to the notice within the period stated on the notice otherwise your product will be sent back to Australia. Please understand if you require us to resend the product under these circumstances, you will need to cover the cost of the delivery. Also, depending on stock, redelivery may also take time.
* Depending on your local Post Office, the name under in which we may be referred to may perhaps be under “Overseas” or “Australia” so please be careful.

International Air Mail
International Postage Fee is required. Also, the confirmation email will have detailed cost breakdown of the product and the delivery charges.
Australian Dollars is our standard currency for transaction. Please understand that there are constant currency fluctuations everyday.
Your product will be shipped within 7 days of your payment being processed and confirmed.
* Due to an extremely high amount of orders, dispatch for Destiny: Dreamer’s Alliance upon release may take up to 10 days in the first few days of initial release.
We will notify any predictable delays in delivery and order processing due to public holidays and extended weekends via our homepage.
Sales are available from a single CD.
After placing an order, if your credit card or PayPal credit do not clear within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation, returns and replacements [Cancellation]. There will be no cancellation accepted after placement of orders. Please decide carefully before purchasing.
We are careful in maintaining a good standard of quality, however, damage occurred during transit will be replaced. If you wish Return and Replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product via the “Enquiry Form. Please understand that if you do not contact via the “Enquiry Form” you may not be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to judge whether a product is faulty or not.
For faulty products, please let us know in what state the product is in. When asking for replacement, please keep the product in question with you. If you do not have the faulty product, it will not be replaced.
We will not replace the product if you are not satisfied with the product barring damage or faultiness before despatch, or damage to the product after opening of the shrinkwrap.
Generally we don’t accept returns or exchanges due to the customers circumstances, however if there was a mistake in the order we will make the exchange, but the item must be returned, unopened and with the postage paid.

For faulty goods, human error, Eminence Group Pty Ltd will be responsible for the fees incurred for delivery and other handling charges.
If product replacement is not possible, we will refund your payment.

When ordering a product, Eminence requests your personal information so that we may process your order.
Your required personal information is Name, Address, Phone number and Email address.
All processing of payments are handled directly through PayPal, Eminence therefore does not receive or maintain any credit card information.

Your information is used purely for your purchased goods and our notice to be delivered and will never be used in a way without your permission or to be handed to a third party. Only one time when we actually hand over your private information will be when requested officially by the court, the Police or other government bodies. Also, in terms of your credit card processing, your necessary information will be processed by PayPal. Please look at PayPal’s conditions for their conditions for processing your information.
